What is your return/exchange policy? Plus

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a misprinted, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order? Plus

We process orders quickly, so please double-check your info at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us at hello@33parkstreet.com as soon as possible. Once your order is processed or shipped, changes can’t be made.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Plus

Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to fix it, but we can’t make changes after a shipping label is created or your order has shipped.

My package is lost—can you help? Plus

If your tracking info hasn’t updated in a while or your package seems lost, reach out to us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.

Will everything arrive together? Plus

Not always. Items may ship separately depending on what you ordered and where it’s being fulfilled. You’ll get tracking info for each shipment.

How long will it take to get my order? Plus

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes up to 10 business days. These are estimates, and some orders may arrive sooner.
